Retha Ann Dodson, of Okmulgee, passed away on November 12, 2025, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, at the age of 67. She was born on October 4, 1958, in Henryetta, Oklahoma.

Retha was a member of Joy in Life Church in Henryetta. She loved spending her time at yard sales and flea markets, always on the lookout for a good find. Retha was also known for her amazing pies, no one could bake them quite like she could.

She is preceded in death her father, Cecil Childers; her mother, Pricilla Waybourn; her sister, Mary Ann Hall; and her son-in-law, Jerry Walker.

Retha leaves behind her daughters, Barbie Dodson of Okmulgee, Rachel Dodson of Fort Smith, and LeeAnna Dodson of Okmulgee. She was the proud grandmother of Angel, Braxton, Morgan, Jayden, Briah, Tye, Logan, Kambria, and Omari, and great-grandmother to Jasmine and Aurora. She also leaves behind her sister, Lorene Fraser and husband Doug of Sapulpa; her niece, Mary Joe Graham; her great-nephew, Eli; and a host of other family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Retha will be remembered for her kindness, laughter, and love that touched everyone who knew her.

Viewing will take place from 10 a.m.-12p.m. on Monday, November 17th, 2025 in the Integrity Chapel.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17th, 2025 in the Integrity Chapel with Rev. James Page officiating.
